Referring a new Resident is easy, and if they move into one of our great communities, you earn a $100 towards your next month's rent, plus a chance at $500 in our random drawing. Please note the following restrictions: 1) You must submit this form before the prospective tenant has ANY contact with Langley. 2) The prospective tenant cannot have lived with Langley before. 3) You only receive the credit if the Resident signs a one year lease and moves into our property.
