Administrative Assistant - Part Time |

| The administrative assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, customer service, handling accounts payable, ordering supplies, assisting the Vice President and Director of Maintenance, submitting reports, minor computer trouble shooting, written and oral communications with Residents, Police, Attorneys, Collection Agencies, etc., managing the computer server, purchasing equipment, and other duties as the company requires. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. |
