 Maintenance Technician |
|
| We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our resident and property needs. A technician does a wide variety of work including making an apartment ready for a new resident, repairing plumbing and electrial, general carpentry, and overall repair and maintenance of all aspects of the property. Technicians must be willing to put forth the effort to complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Must be a team player. Some overtime may be required.
A good driving record, reliable transportation, and vaild driver's license is required. |
