| Property Management is a diverse job requiring the ideal candidate. There are many administrative needs including reporting, handling monies, preparing leases, collections, customer service, and various other detail-oriented duties.
In addition, Property Managers should walk their communities and take ownership. They should be aware of all happenings at their communities, take notice of 'curb appeal' issues and address all liability issues.
We provide excellent service to our residents, and Property Managers play an important role. From the first meeting with a prospective resident through the lease signing to addressing their maintenance issues and concerns, you are our customers' most valuable resource. We pride ourselves in being one of the largest property owners in Lynchburg, and we strive to provide service that is second to none.
